Immunity
Resilient animals for a future with less medication.
A strong immune system is the first line of defence in every flock and herd. Animals that cope better with infection and stress need fewer treatments, and that matters more every year: for society, for the market and for the law.

Society. Antimicrobial resistance has become a public health issue. In the EU/EEA alone, resistant infections cause more than 35,000 deaths a year, and consumers, retailers and governments increasingly ask how antibiotics are used in animal production. Asia holds two thirds of the world's hotspots of antimicrobial use in food animals.
Future needs. Demand for animal protein keeps growing. According to the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook, poultry will account for about half of the additional meat consumed over the coming decade, led by Asia, while poultry is also the main growth meat in the Near East and North Africa. More production on the same farms means higher disease pressure, so flocks and herds must be more robust, not more medicated.
Changing approaches. The focus is moving from treating disease to preventing it: good management, vaccination, and nutrition that supports the animal's own defences.
Legislation. The EU banned antibiotic growth promoters in 2006. Since January 2022, Regulation (EU) 2019/6 prohibits routine prophylactic use of antimicrobials and allows group treatment only when the risk of spread is high and no appropriate alternative exists. The Farm to Fork strategy aims to cut antimicrobial sales for farmed animals and aquaculture by 50% by 2030. China banned growth-promoting drug feed additives in 2020.
How we support immunity, naturally
Our all-natural portfolio supports the animal's own defences, so that flocks and herds stay productive with fewer treatments.
Phytogenics
Plant-derived compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions that reduce stress on the immune system and support the gut, where a large part of the body's defence is organised.
Pre- and probiotics
Beneficial microbes and fibres that stabilise the gut microbiome, strengthen the intestinal barrier and support a balanced immune response.
Vitamin blends
Vitamins such as A, C, D and E and supporting micronutrients that support immune function and antioxidant defences, especially in demanding periods such as vaccination, weaning, heat and high production.
What farmers gain
When immunity is supported with these natural tools, producers typically see:
-
Fewer treatments
Fewer health setbacks and less need for therapeutic intervention, in line with where the market and the law are heading.
-
A better response to vaccines and challenges
Animals that cope better with infection pressure, and flocks and herds that recover faster after a challenge.
-
More resilience under stress
Steadier performance during heat, weaning, transport and other stressful periods.
-
More uniform, predictable production
Fewer outliers and fewer losses, so batches are more uniform and results are easier to plan.
-
A stronger market position
Production that fits the direction of retailers, regulators and export markets: less routine medication.
By supporting the animal's own defences with natural, species-appropriate solutions, our products help you meet a market that asks for less medication, without giving up performance.
Immunity products
All immunity products
EOLYN®
Eolyn® is to be used when the animal is physiologically challenged. Eolyn® works as a natural painkiller, lowers inflammation and stimulates water and feed uptake resulting in more energy to fight pathogens and increase performance.
Immunizer®
Immunizer® is intended to boost immunity in all situations where the animal is heavily challenged. This means in all situations of high productivity, high infectious pressure or during disease outbreak.
Ascorbic C
Ascorbic C® is a 99% pure and soluble vitamin C solution to fuel birds (especially young birds) during all forms of stress (environmental, nutritional or pathological) or during periods of high performance (during fast growth rate or high number of eggs).
AscorbicLiq®
AscorbicLiq® is a powerful antioxidant that contains 20% vitamin C. It supports immunity, helps the body overcome stressful situations, and promotes bone and muscle growth. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in collagen production, which is essential for maintaining strong bones and muscles, and aids in the absorption of calcium for better bone health.
Ascorbicliq-D.Cal®
Ascorbicliq-D.Cal® contains high amounts of vitamin D3 with beneficial effects on calcium metabolism; gut integrity and maintenance of acquired immunity.
Colinex LA®
Colinex LA® is a natural remedy working via the immunological bystander reaction to stimulate the immune system, especially towards E.coli infection.
